“This work has helped me commit to my own voice, be present in my life and preserve my ability to value my perspective while taking up space in the world.”
    Director, Systems Improvement

You know your stuff. So why does your voice disappear in certain rooms?

In some conversations, you're completely yourself. Clear, grounded, easy.

But in others -- in front of senior leadership, in high-stakes presentations, in rooms where you feel like you're being evaluated -- something shifts.

Your heart races. Your chest tightens. Your train of thought goes. You leave running through everything you should have said.

It's unpredictable. And the unpredictability is the worst part.

    You've tried:

    • Over-preparing (scripting everything for hours)

    • Traditional executive presence training

    • Recording yourself

    • Beta blockers

But the harder you try, the worse it gets.

Here’s what I need you to know:

This isn't a communication problem. You communicate perfectly when you're comfortable.

What's happening in those rooms is a focus issue. Your attention splits -- between what you want to say and how you think you're coming across. That split is what shuts everything down.

You can't think your way out of a nervous system response. But you can work with it.

That's what this workshop is about.

"I stopped over-preparing for presentations and everything feels easier now. This work is strengthening the muscle of being myself."

    — VP in Financial Services

I was unable to speak, but only in certain settings.

I was confident doing the work. But the moment I had to talk about the work—especially to people in positions of authority—I'd lose my personality (and my train of thought!).

Then I realized: perfectionism was making it impossible for me to be present.

    AS SEEN IN

The moment I stopped trying to "fix" my voice, I could speak fully and freely.

When I gave my TEDx talk, I had no nerves on stage. I use all my tools when speaking nerves do pop up. Most importantly, I trust my voice in every room I enter.

I built this framework from the work I've done supporting thousands of empathetic leaders over a decade.

And I want you to have it so you are heard right now.

    Who this is for:

In this free workshop, you'll learn:

    • Why speaking anxiety isn't a skill problem (and what's actually driving it)

    • The body-led approach to nervous system regulation that works even when you've already spiraled

    • A somatic grounding tool you can use in any room, in any moment

    • How to anchor your message and stop rambling when your attention splinters

    • What "comfort first" actually means in practice, and why it's the key to consistent confidence

    This is for you if:

    • Your confidence is inconsistent: solid in some rooms, completely gone in others

    • You freeze when the stakes go up, even when you know what you want to say

    • You've tried speaking tips, deep breathing, and over-preparing, and none of it has stuck

    • You want practical tools, not another framework telling you to "be more confident"
