You can't build speaking confidence in your head. You build it in a supported space, with real-time coaching, before the moments that matter.

Eight weeks of framework tools and live practice sessions, so you build the muscle before you need it.

Especially useful if you're in a new role, starting a new chapter, or about to step into a room where everything feels like an audition.

“This work has helped me commit to my own voice, be present in my life and preserve my ability to value my perspective while taking up space in the world.”
Director, Systems Improvement

You're not struggling because you're a bad communicator. You're struggling because you've been in rooms that reward dominance over depth, and your nervous system learned to respond accordingly.

You've tried to fix it. Breathing exercises. Courses. Recording yourself. Rehearsing every word. And still, in the moments that matter most, something shuts down.

That's not a character flaw. That's a pattern. And it gets worse the harder you try to manage it.

This isn't about public speaking. It's about what happens when you're put on the spot (in a new role, in a high-stakes meeting, in the rooms where you most need to show up as yourself).

That's what we work on in Express Yourself Everywhere.

PresentVoices clients report:

Part 1: The Framework

Self-paced videos and your own personal Presence Playbook (a working whiteboard you build as you go, personalized to your patterns, your situations, and what actually works for you).

You learn the science behind why you freeze up, the cycles keeping you stuck, and the tools to organize your thinking on the go. Lifetime access so go at whatever pace works for you.

How it Works

The Framework gives you the tools. The Labs give you the reps. Together, they build something you can actually use under pressure. Not a script, not a performance, but a consistent foundation for who you are as a leader.

Part 2: The Practice

Live practice on Zoom, three times a month. This is where the real work happens.

Every Lab follows the same structure. I give a spontaneous prompt and coach people through it in real time so you get to practice thinking on your feet in a space where it's safe to stumble. You can also bring a situation you're navigating and get direction on which tools to reach for. And you're always welcome to just watch.

EMBODY

Regulating your nervous system and anchoring your attention in your body so you can get out of your head and into the present moment.

The tools we draw from across every Lab come from three areas:

EXPERT

Organizing your thinking on the go and responding when put on the spot, so you can access what you know without over-preparing.

EMPATHY

Using your empathy as a focusing tool instead of a source of distraction, so you can read the room without losing yourself in it.

Labs happen three times a month and alternate between 1 pm ET and 5 pm ET on weekdays (check FAQ for current schedule). Every session is recorded if you can't make it live. You don't have to come to all of them, just the ones that fit your schedule.

This is not a cohort program. You can join any time and start immediately. There's no waiting for a new round to begin, and no pressure to be at a certain place in the material. I meet you exactly where you are.

After eight weeks, you'll have a set of tools that are yours to keep and use for life.

“Presence Labs are the perfect stepping stone — a safe place to practice all of the tips and tricks I learn in our videos in front of an audience, without worrying about being judged.”

— Haley, Product Manager

What actually happens in a Presence Lab?

Step 1: Arrive

No announcement needed. Show up from work, join from your car, camera off. Nothing to prepare. If you want to submit a question anonymously ahead of time, email me at lee@presentvoices.com at least 30 minutes before we start or send me a private chat once we're in the Zoom room.

Step 2: Participate or Watch

If you want to participate, I'll give you personalized coaching in real time. Bring a situation or symptom you're struggling with and we'll work through it together. Or I'll put you on the spot in a supported way and coach you on which tools to reach for and how to integrate what you're learning in the Framework videos.

If you'd rather watch, that's always welcome.

You don't need to have watched the Framework videos before coming. You can also change your Zoom display name to anything you want. I never share anything identifying about you. What happens in the room stays in the room.

$347

(As always, I reserve a few pay-what-you-wish spots for people working in social justice or if you’ve lost your livelihood right now—so don’t hesitate to email me if that’s you. We need to hear your voice, especially right now. Thanks for all you do!)

Who this is for:

Are you a mid-career leader who:

  • Is confident doing the work but loses your voice when talking about it

  • Freezes up when put on the spot, especially with senior leaders or in new roles

  • Has been told you need "more executive presence" without anyone explaining what that means

  • Over-prepares obsessively and still feels unprepared

  • Is fine one-on-one but struggles in groups

  • Has tried breathing exercises, Toastmasters, recording yourself, extensive notes and is still here

You're at a fulcrum point:

Up until now, working harder and knowing more has been rewarded. Depth was an asset. Thoroughness got you here.

But at this level, what's needed isn't more depth. It's concise clarity. The ability to think on your feet, speak with authority in the room, and stop proving yourself long enough to actually lead.

What got you here won't get you there. And working harder at the same things is making it worse, not better.

This is not another communication course

You've probably invested in a program before. Maybe it helped a little, until it didn't. Or you walked into a group space that felt just like the toxic dynamic you were trying to escape: performative, competitive, built around looking polished instead of actually getting better.

That's not this.

This work is explicitly anti-oppressive. Your speaking challenges aren't personal failings. They're rational responses to hierarchical power structures that reward dominance over depth. Those systems are the problem, not you.

In the Labs, safety comes first. You engage at whatever level feels right. You will never be evaluated on how polished you sound. There is no performance here, only practice. And this work isn't about excavating what's wrong with you. It's about excavating more of who you already are, so you can lead from there.

Where You’re Going

After eight weeks, you won't be a different person. You'll be more fully yourself.

You'll stop managing anxiety and start trusting yourself. You'll walk into rooms (new roles, high-stakes meetings, conversations you used to dread) with tools that are already in your body, not just in your notes.

You'll stop proving yourself and start leading. You'll stop performing and start showing up.

Not because you got better at hiding how you feel. Because you built something real.

"After this work, I'm more in sync with myself. Before my mind and body were at different speeds. Now I feel more confident and capable, like I can talk to anyone."

— Music Entrepreneur

What Shifts When You Trust Your Voice

More Respect & Authority

Stop proving yourself and start being recognized as the leader you already are.

“I never realized how much the fear of public speaking hindered my professional growth. After this work, so many doors and opportunities opened up for me. I wish I could go back and tell my younger self to jump on the chance to work with them earlier.”

— Chief Wellness Officer

Promotions & Career Growth

Step into senior leadership by confidently articulating your value and vision.

“Before my work with PresentVoices, I was convinced something was 'wrong' with me and that I was a 'bad communicator.' Lee helped me learn to trust myself and my voice."

— Psychotherapist

Ease Instead of Exhaustion

Stop over-preparing, over-thinking, and over-performing.

“I thought I had to change who I was to garner respect in corporate culture, but Lee gave me the toolkit to craft my own personal communication style that is uniquely mine.”

— Entrepreneur Ops Lead

I created Express Yourself Everywhere as the playbook I wish I had.

I was unable to speak, but only in certain settings.

I was confident doing the work. But the moment I had to talk about the work—especially to people in positions of authority—I'd lose my personality (and my train of thought!).

Then I realized: perfectionism was making it impossible for me to be present.

The moment I stopped trying to "fix" my voice, I could speak fully and freely.

I built this framework from the work I've done supporting thousands of empathetic leaders over a decade. This isn't about becoming someone you're not. It's about being more fully who you already are, so you can decide in each room how to show up, how to lead, and how to preserve your energy doing it.

I can't wait to show you how much ease and clarity this work creates.

Group Coaching Testimonials

  • "I appreciate your ability to customize each attendee's tool kit on the fly and knowing which tools I should focus on first has been helpful in allowing me to continuously improve without the pressure of implementing them all at once. Attending the group collective sessions was very helpful as I could find similar challenges in everyone's experiences and learned from their practice as well."

    — Engineering Leader

  • "PresentVoices group coaching classes are the perfect stepping stone — a safe place to practice all of the tips and tricks I learn with Lee in front of an audience, without worrying about being judged. I love that the sessions are whatever I want them to be — if I want to practice speaking I can, or if I'm not feeling it, I can just listen. I really appreciate the flexibility and the fact that there's no pressure to participate. The fact that there is no pressure often makes me want to practice my speaking skills even more! The people who attend are so encouraging to one another — there's a collective energy that we all want each other to succeed. I leave the sessions feeling so refreshed, inspired, and supported. It's a great reminder that so many of us have similar fears around communication, and being reminded that I'm not alone is so encouraging. It's an amazing community to be a part of, and such a gift that Lee has provided us a safe space to practice our skills and grow as individuals, and as a group"
