On Tuesday May 5th at 1 pm EST, I’ll share my 5-step process for speaking off-the-cuff on video. In this 60-minute live webinar, I’ll walk you through a tangible process designed to save you time and energy when you hit record.

ABOUT THE WEBINAR

Raise your hand if you’re sick of recording yourself on video and giving up after a dozen tries. You know what you want to say but as soon as you hit record, your mind goes blank and you stare at yourself in confused frustration. Anyone else?

I got so sick of trying to be myself on video that I developed a 5-step process—it’s tangible and simple, and best of all, it works (especially if you’re analytical or soft-spoken like me). These 5-steps align my attention in the present moment so that I can speak at my own pace instead of watching myself.

Join us on Tuesday 5/5 at 1 pm EST where I’ll share this process in a free live class on Zoom. We’ll be in and out in an hour. This is a no apology zone—bring your kids, bring your lunch, bring yourself as you are. As always, participation is on your terms.

WHAT WE'LL COVER

  • A preparation process for spontaneous speaking on video

  • Ways to sound confident even when you’re nervous

  • Tips to slow your rate of speech so it aligns with your thought process and can think on your feet
